New Developments at Coquetdale Swimming & Fitness Centre
The new fitness centre extension is now open! To complement the pool, the "Healthy Living Centre" has been built consisting of a fitness gym suitable for all ages and abilities. Dr Thomlinson Middle School children will also benefit from the project and will be able to use the equipment to raise awareness of health and fitness issues.
The extension has been funded thanks to a capital grant from Alnwick District Council of £255,000. NCL Alnwick have managed the project in partnership with Dr Thomlinson Middle School, Alnwick District Council and Northumberland County Council.
